- Valid License of the Bond Agent (classification “F”)
- Valid Official ID
- Registration with the Taxpayer Registry Office (R.F.C.)
- Registration with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (S.H.C.P.)
- Population Registry Number (CURP)
- Current Proof of Address, no more than 3 months old
- Current Civil Liability Insurance Policy
- Bank Account Statement, no more than 3 months old
- Commission Agency Agreement and other Forms

- Articles of Incorporation and Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
- Testimony evidencing the Powers granted to the Legal Representative of the company
- Authorization to operate as a Bond Agent, including your proxies, given by the National Commission on Insurance and Sureties (CNSF)
- Valid License of the Bond Agent (classification “F”)
- Official identification of the Legal Representative and current Proxies
- Registration with the Taxpayer Registry Office (R.F.C.)
- Registration with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (S.H.C.P.)
- Current Proof of Address, no more than 3 months old
- Current Civil Liability Insurance Policy
